Claro (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by mySpacebar Studios LLC, provides a platform that helps organizations manage dues, donations, and financial workflows. By using Claro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Claro is a software platform only. We do not provide banking services, financial services, or payment processing. All payments made through Claro are processed by Stripe. By using Claro, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and policies.

Claro does not receive, hold, or control funds. All payments are processed by Stripe and sent directly to the organization’s account. Claro does not store or process payment card information.

Claro charges a total platform fee of up to 4% per transaction. This fee includes payment processing costs and Claro’s service fee. Organizations may choose whether this fee is passed on to donors or absorbed by the organization. All fees are shown before a transaction is completed.

Organizations are fully responsible for their activity on Claro. This includes handling refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. Claro is not responsible for resolving issues between organizations and their donors, members, or users.

Organizations may have multiple users on one account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to use Claro for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity. You must also follow all applicable laws and Stripe’s policies when using the platform.

Claro may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if we believe there is fraud, misuse, or a violation of these Terms. We may also limit access to protect the platform or other users.

Claro is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Claro is not responsible for any indirect or financial damages, including losses from payments, disputes, or service interruptions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Claro means you accept any updates.
